Bialetti coffee is roasted in Coccaglio, Italy, then sealed in aroma-seal bags or capsules that block oxygen and light, giving it a long shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh.

Intensity refers to the overall richness, flavour depth, aroma strength and body of the brewed coffee not caffeine content.
A medium intensity (5-7) has a balanced flavour with a rounded, pleasant body. A high intensity coffee blend (8 or more) is more bold, rich and robust.
