Do not exceed the valve or the coffee will be too watery 3. Fill the funnel of the moka pot generously, without pressing the coffee down 4. Put the moka on the cooker and adjust the flame to the minimum 5. When you hear the gurgling sound, it means the coffee is ready. Remove it from the cooker and... enjoy every sip.
