- Promoter: The promoter of this giveaway is Bialetti New Zealand (“Bialetti NZ”).
- Eligibility:
- Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older.
- Employees of Bialetti NZ and their immediate families are not eligible.
- How to Enter:
- Subscribe to the Bialetti NZ newsletter via bialetti.co.nz.
- Subscription must be active at the time of the draw.
- Only one entry per subscriber.
- Prize:
- One (1) Bialetti Stovetop Coffee Maker of the winner’s choice will be given away every quarter (excluding the Dolce & Gabbana range).
- The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Bialetti NZ reserves the right to substitute the prize with an item of equal or greater value if required.
- Draw & Winner Notification:
- A random draw will take place at the end of each quarter (March, June, September, December).
- Winners will be contacted via the email address used to subscribe.
- If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.
- General Conditions:
- By subscribing, entrants agree to receive the Bialetti NZ newsletter, which includes care, product updates, and promotional content.
- Personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and sending the Bialetti NZ newsletter, in accordance with Bialetti NZ’s Privacy Policy.
