Bialetti Coffee Beans Classico 500gm
Some coffees demand your attention. Classico earns it quietly.
A thoughtfully balanced blend of 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta, Classico is crafted for those who appreciate coffee that lingers. A delicate, persistent flavour with sweet notes of flowers and dried fruit, rounded out by a slow, medium roast that coaxes out every layer without overpowering a single one.
It's the coffee Italians reach for after a long lunch. Unhurried. Mellow. Aromatic. The kind of cup that turns a moment into a ritual.
Rooted in Bialetti's decades of coffee expertise, Classico is as versatile as it is refined. Compatible with automatic machines and purpose-made for those who love to experiment, blend, and make the cup entirely their own.

Perfetto Moka is specially designed for moka brewing. For an authentic moka lover's experience:
1. Pour room-temperature water into the moka pot, up to the safety valve
2. Do not exceed the valve or the coffee will be too watery
3. Fill the funnel of the moka pot generously, without pressing the coffee down
4. Put the moka on the cooker and adjust the flame to the minimum
5. When you hear the gurgling sound, it means the coffee is ready. Remove it from the cooker and... enjoy every sip.

When you are grinding your own coffee, Moka pots need a medium-fine grind (finer than drip, coarser than espresso). Alternatively, you can buy our Bialetti fresh coffee packs, ground to the exact consistency required for a stovetop moka brew.
Bialetti coffee is roasted in Coccaglio, Italy, then sealed in aroma-seal bags or capsules that block oxygen and light, giving it a long shelf life. Store in a cool, dry place to keep it fresh.
Bialetti coffee beans suit any coffee brewing method including espresso machines, moka pots, French press and automatic bean-to-cup machines when ground to match each method.
To protect the aroma and keep both ground coffee and beans fresh for longer, keep them in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture - ideally at room temperature rather than in the fridge or freezer, which can introduce condensation.
On coffee packs, intensity refers to the overall richness, flavour depth, aroma strength, and body of the brewed coffee not caffeine content.
A medium intensity 5-7 has a balanced flavour with a rounded, pleasant body. A high intensity coffee blend (8 or more) is more bold, rich and robust.
